For the price, this place was nice. Friendly staff and good breakfast. The Plaza is across the street and is the same company so if you need something that isn't here, you can get it over there. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was the pool and spa were broken and was looking forward to using that. If you don't mind spending $10 more, stay at the plaza across the street as it is newer and nicer overall, but if you need something simple, best option in town for the price.
I was really happy with this place! They're pet friendly and happily made a reservation for us and our two dogs at 9pm, we showed up at 10pm that same night with no trouble! The staff was super friendly, helpful and available at all hours! The room and bathroom were both very clean and tidy. I've stayed in hotel chains twice as expensive and half as pleasant as this!
Great little place to stay when passing through or visiting Glacier National Park! The staff are friendly, and the bagels in the morning are good, too.
Bad. Very shabby room. Turning off the air conditioning made it start producing heat for some reason, which then filled the room with the smell of burnt dust. That in turn set off the smoke alarm, though it took us a bit to realize it since the beeping was barely audible (next to dead batteries I assume.) If we were asleep and it had been a real fire there's no way it would have woken is. Had to unplug the air conditioner to make it stop, and air out the room (would have simply demanded another room or give elsewhere, but the place was full and it was late.) To add insult to injury the shower had almost no hot water.
A cheap hotel and a decent option to stay at as a launching point to explore east Glacier. The hotel was old, and dated, but the price was good.
