They were very respectful and they treated me with kindness and they helped me find my package that 8 thiugh
If only I could give it negative 5 stars. I called 8 times in a row. Not only did no one pick up but I couldnt even leave a message due to the inbox being full! Totally unprofessional and a disgrace to the ups franchise!
If I could give this UPS center a negative, I would. They have ONE JOB, and that is to deliver packages, but they fail miserably at this. I ordered a package for my mother set to deliver between Dec 19 and Dec 23. They called me on Dec 23 to verify the physical address - which was on the shipping order. I verified and they said they would deliver that day. Dec 26, still no package, so I called them. Yes, they STILL had the package but promised to deliver that day, Friday. Monday, Dec 29 - still no delivery, I called AGAIN. Yes, but they were sure it would go out that day. Now it is Tuesday, Dec. 30 and I will call again..... They drop packages off at some house near the post office so they don't have to deliver them to the actual address on the shipping label. Then the packages sit in a garage until someone drives up to the house to retrieve them. THAT IS NOT DELIVERY!!!
I was going to be out of town for two days during which a package was supposed to be delivered to my residence. I called and told them to hold it until I returned as I wouldn't be home and I'd come to pick them up when I returned....My neighbor's called and said UPS just dropped off packages at your house... ahhhhh!!!!!!
