Show up for my appointment at 8 AM. My appointment was supposed to be at 8 AM and I had this scheduled for almost 2 weeks for a simple HIV blood draw for the Army. I waited until 825 when I was told by the desk clerk that a nurse would be with me in a "few" minutes. All in the mean time I kept seeing people getting called back to be seen when I knew Dang well they didn't have an appointment before me. It came to be 9 AM when I was finally too frustrated to wait anymore. I walked up to the clerk and told her to give me my kit and that I would go somewhere else to be seen. She seemed so baffled and told me the nurse was coming right up. Well she was right a nurse came up, but only due to me being up at the counter. At this point I didn't care to be seen anymore because it was clear to me that my appointment wasn't a big deal to them so they put me on the back burner. I will never go back there because this has not only happen to me, but to my wife and kids as well.
